8 c. sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. ginger (I put less because I do not like too much)

1Heat the oven th.6 (180 °) C).
2In a dish (the one that will be used for cooking), prepare your marinade by mixing all the ingredients.
3Salt and pepper your pork bones and then brush them with sugar powder with a kitchen brush. To keep the sugar on the skewer, dip the brush in your marinade first.
4Let skewer the ribs in the dish for about 15 minutes on each side.5To finish, put the ribs in the oven for about 45 min.
