Ingredients (6 servings):

- 1 l light cream liquid cream -
- 300 ml milk -
-150 g sugar

8 sheets of gelatine

-2cas nutella

To prepare the day before.

To heat the cream, the milk, the sugar, and the nutella in always turning on low heat with a wooden spatula. Stir in the gelatin leaves.

When the mixture begins to boil, stop the fire and let cool by turning always so that skin does not form on the surface.

Put chilled in the dish of service or in ramekins.
