Pan-fried vegetables my way
Ingredient for 5
1/2 red peppers
1/2 green peppers
2 small zucchini
250g fresh Paris mushrooms
Peel the mushrooms and sliced
In a pan or a wok, heat olive oil
Slow onion and fry the small ones,
Mince the 1/2 peppers and add them to onion, simmer a few minutes
Peel each vegetables and add them one by one by letting them come back slightly between each and before adding another one ...
Get to the last, stir and cook low heat.
Season with salt pepper and a little garlic powder.
We eat the vegetables with grilled sausages and the leftover vegetables I put in Chinese pasta, it was a delight and even one who does not like Chinese pasta ate it ...
