Crème brûlée with the multidelice

Well, it's itching to cook but when not even so easy with 10 stitches in the palm of your hand .....

I start again slowly with the creams at the multidelice ...

This recipe is simply excellent

Ingredients

10 cl milk

1 vanilla pod

3 whole eggs

3 egg yolks

140 g sugar

1 l liquid cream

Sugar brown sugar to caramelize


Preparation
Heat the milk in a saucepan and add the incised vanilla pod in length and scraped. Let steep for 15 minutes.
Mix eggs, egg yolks and sugar with a spatula. Add scented milk, liquid cream and mix. Spread in the jars.
Cook for 40 min in the milk dessert mode then let cool.
The creme brulee is also delicious lukewarm!

I simply add 1 CAC of sugar vanilla perfume/bean toncka that I made "burn" with the blowtorch
