I would never think of doing the boursin ..... It's done !!! The worst is that it's good .....
500 g whole milk
1 tbsp. cream
salt, pepper, shallots, chives
Heat milk 6 min at 100 ° C vit 1
Add the lemon and put the whip, program 10 minutes at 80 ° C lives 1
Pass the liquid in a very fine colander by adding a piece of gas and let drain at least 20 minutes for extract the whey.
Collect the cream put salt, pepper, chives, shallots (or other spices) and 1 spoon of crème Fraiche.
