Ingredients (for 5 people):
-250 g of flour
1 sachet of baking powder
20 cl of milk
oil for frying
In a salad bowl, pour the flour and yeast and dig a well.
Put the two egg yolks and a pinch of salt. Mix.
Add the milk gradually. When the dough is homogeneous, add the two egg whites beaten in snow.
Peel the apples and squeeze them out. Then cut them in slices or in small quarters
return the slices to the dough and fry them.
Serve the donuts with sugar!
