- Enter your 16 or 19 digit OTC card number in the required field.

How to get an OTC Card:
You can get your card by simply calling customer service number. Once your card gets approved you can check your mail where you can find all the details how to use your card. It will take few hours to activate your card. To get your card you need to provide your personal information for the security purpose.
How to Check Your Card Balance:
You can check the balance on your OTC Card at any time by calling our customer service number 1-888-682-2400. You will be asked to enter your OTC Card number or else you can check your balance by visiting www.myotccard.com website.
If you lost your card you can replace your card within 7-10 business days. Once you receive your new OTC Card, activate your card by calling 1-888-682-2400 and enter your card number.
